Please note that Full pallet deliveries are only available to customers with a forklift available at the point of delivery.
Full pallets exceed the Safe Working Limit for tail lifts used by our haulier and so can not be unloaded without a forklift, nor can the driver allow anyone onto the lorry to break down the pallet by hand, there are no exceptions to this rule.
